The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic for unwinding after our temple visits. Mr Guru from the kitchen team helped make meals memorable with his attentive service.

Unfortunately, the AC in our room was difficult to adjust, making for some uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the reception staff's inconsistency was frustrating during our stay.

I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the temple, making our visits hassle-free. The food was satisfying, especially the breakfast, which offered a variety of options. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. dust was prevalent in corners, and various bathroom fixtures showed signs of neglect. Hot water issues plagued both the initial room and the replacement. it seemed the heating system relied too heavily on solar, resulting in cold showers. The hotel may present itself as luxurious, but it falls short of the five-star claim, edging closer to three stars without the essential amenities in proper working order.

Spacious Deluxe Room with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Amenities like an electric kettle, body soap, and free toiletries were great. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. Fitness/spa locker rooms added that extra chill vibe. Super convenient lift access and key card for safety made everything easy.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and service in the restaurant exceeded expectations, especially thanks to Aditi and Arvind. The buffet breakfast featured a delightful vegetarian spread, including international dishes that pleased the palate. However, the restaurant's early closing time limited dining options, and the air conditioning in the room could be more user-friendly as it was hard to adjust. Overall, a pleasant experience, but some adjustments would enhance the stay.
